Regional Sales Representative for South East Territory

 

Thrive Société is looking for a qualified Sale Representative or Agency to join our winning sales team!  Responsible for South East Territory: (FL, GA, AL, SC, NC, TN, KY, VA and WV)

Primary Responsibilities

  • Explore and develop growth opportunities for the brand within Major and Specialty Store partners
  • Focus on growing the wholesale specialty store business both with existing customers and new business
  • Prospect new boutique accounts that fit the brand’s image via cold calling and in person visits to develop buying relationships with boutiques
  • Leverage existing relationships, grow key accounts and brand awareness
  • Review and analyze sales, noting selling trends, inventory levels, opportunities for reorders and/ or swaps to maximize profitability
  • Increase YOY sales with existing customers and increase revenue through new business
  • Forecast effectively and reach seasonal sales goals
  • Work with Customer Service; submitting and adjusting orders an ensuring customers’ orders ship efficiently
  • Preparation and participation in appropriate regional Trade Shows and Markets
  • Running and supporting market appointments
  • Maintain awareness of the general retail market
  • Collaborate with stores to maximize in-store retail sales volume   
  • Extensive travel, must have transportation

Secondary Responsibilities

  • High energy and resourcefulness with the ability to be on the road 3+ days per week
  • Review sales performance vs. budget by door with Sales Manager
  • Monitor and inform store associates of brand/marketing activities and sales contests within accounts
  • Gather regional and competitive product trends and provide information

Qualifications and Experience

Competitive desire to grow Thrive Société

Organized, self-starter with high energy

Strong presentation ability

Minimum 3 years Sales Experience, department store experience a plus

Working knowledge of performance and active

Passion for Active Lifestyle/Athleisure strongly preferred
