If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one. Our automated returns system (linked here) can help with returns & exchanges of the same item in a different available size. We accept any unworn, unwashed, or unaltered items with original tags attached for a refund within 30 days of their ship date. Please note that refunds exclude shipping fees.Damaged or Defective?
You can refund or exchange any item you received that is damaged or defective upon arrival within 30 days of their ship date. Please include a description of the damage/defect so that we can address the issue in future production and quality control inspections.Final Sale

Refunds will be credited to the same method of payment used for purchase. Thrive Société is not responsible for any lost return. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.
