Return Policy

Unsatisfied?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. We accept any unworn, unwashed, or unaltered items with original tags attached for a full refund within 30 days of their ship date. 

Damaged or Defective?

You can refund or exchange any item you received that is damaged or defective upon arrival within a 30 days of their ship date. Please include a description of the damage/defect so that we can address the issue in future production and quality control inspections. 

Shipping Fees

We cannot refund the shipping fees. You are responsible for the shipping charges for return items.

Final Sale

We cannot accept returns or exchange on final sale items. All final sale items are clearly marked. 

Fine Print

Please note that we cannot accept C.O.D. packages.

Once we receive your return, it may take up to 7-10 days to inspect and process the refund.

Refunds will be credited to the same method of payment used for purchase. Thrive Société is not responsible for any lost return. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.
